3. Scheduling & Availability

We offer 24/7 service, but same-day appointments are subject to availability. Appointments may be delayed due to traffic, weather, or emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays or reschedule as needed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting service, you agree to:

Provide accurate vehicle and location information

Ensure your vehicle is in a safe and accessible location

Be present during service unless otherwise arranged

5. Payment Terms
